Purchasing a product shows that you have approved, understood, and agree to accept the below-mentioned terms & conditions.
We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7-days after receiving your item to request a return.
1) Any unused product, in new condition with the tags intact, or any item that was damaged upon receipt is eligible for return.

3) Once the returned product is received by us then the refund is processed and will be added to the store credit or bank account (depending on the option you have chosen).
4) Products like Accessories, etc don’t come under the returnable or exchangeable category.
5) Some products that are made to order are also not eligible for returns.
6) Generally, the products that are on discount do not come under the return, exchange, or refund category.
7) Your returned product can be re-shipped when the item you have returned is used, damaged or original tags or MRP tags are missing. In the event that you fail to accept the receipt of the re-shipped product, you shall continue to be not eligible for a refund, and we assume no liability with respect to the return or refund for the said re-shipped product. PLEASE NOTE :
1) Any returned item received by us that does not meet the above-mentioned conditions, will not be accepted and will be returned to you at your expense. No amount will be reimbursed in this case.
2) If you purchase from a retail store or 3rd party website other than our website, the inquiry must be made directly through that retailer.
3) Slight variations may exist in the color of the original products compared to the picture shown.
4) Please go through all the terms and conditions mentioned with every product before making the purchase as few products come under non-returnable and unexchangable categories.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
